The deadline for entries for the Australian Stencil Art Prize is fast approaching - 1 August 2010 - only 4 weeks to go!
2010 Judges have just been announced, they are:
Regan Tamanui (the renowned Australian stencil artist - HaHa)
Sarah Thornton (Director, The Finders Keepers Markets)
Ears, Max Berry & Jamie Nimmo who co-run Oh Really Gallery
The winner of the Australian Stencil Art Prize will take home a $2000 cash prize. Valued at over $8000, the prize will give one finalist an enormous amount of exposure.
Avant Card have partnered with the Australian Stencil Art Prize to offer a very special prize for the 2010 competition.
Avant Card will select one lucky finalist's stencil artwork to win a national print run of 20,000 cards in association with the Australian Stencil Art Prize Exhibition in November.

ASAP is open to Australian citizens or residents who are aged 15 years or older. ASAP aims to recognise and reward stencil artists and to provide recognition for stencil art as an art form in its own right.
 The image in the left is the winning artwork from 2009 "Nesting" by Miss Link, Surry Hills, NSW.
In 2009, 23rd Key from Victoria was selected by Avant Card as the lucky finalist, sending the stencil of 'Tiger' (pictured) all over the country.
An exhibition of finalists and winning works will be held at Oh Really Gallery in Newtown, Sydney from 11 -- 21 November 2010.
